Posting a job is easy. Make sure to give as much detail as possible in the provided fields. For example, if you are looking for an electrician, give full particulars of what you need. Make sure to include the make and model of the appliance where possible to make it easy for your technician to help you.

You should also give a budget or an estimate of the amount of money you intend to use.

Once done, your job will go live and can be seen on the site by our Technicians.

A technician will send a proposal if they feel that they can handle the job.

If you agree to a technician’s proposal, you will be required to pay the total amount of money through the website using your Bank card, Airtel money, or M-Pesa. The payment process is easy and safe.

This allows the system to dispatch the technician to your home or office with immediate effect to ensure that you get the service you have paid for. The technician will then perform the job to completion.

Ending the Job

Only end a project after you are satisfied that the technician has done the job well. This will prompt you to rate the technician according to their performance.

Your money is held on an escrow account for a maximum of three days to allow you to raise any complaints or ask for repeat jobs. Our support team will always be ready to help you whenever you need it.

To find jobs, click on the link provided. This will take you to the projects page where all jobs are posted by Clients.

You have been provided with filters to make your job search easy. You can search for jobs through Geolocation filters. These are jobs that are closest to you by location. For example, if you are in Nairobi, type Nairobi and view all the jobs available in Nairobi.

You can also find jobs through keywords, categories and skills. Finally, you can use the map provided on the page to find jobs closest to you.

Once you find an interesting job, click on the View Job button where you will see the project details, client budgets and deadlines. You are free to send any proposals you wish as long as you deliver quality work.

An admin will also follow up to ensure every job flows smoothly and both you and the client are satisfied with the service.

The Techsuite payment system is designed to guarantee one important thing.

As a client, every amount you use for your projects will be well spent. As a technician, you will get paid in time, every time. You will not have to go after clients for months.

We have an escrow system that holds the money for up to 3 days after the project is closed to ensure that the client has enough time to go over the job and raise any concerns. In the event there is a problem with the kind of work the technician provided, you will come to an agreement depending on the circumstances.

The admin will decide whether to make a full refund or send the Technician the money.
